工商管理系经研究决定拟推荐傅清华老师、张孝蔚老师参加学校2023年科研标兵评选，以下为两位老师的科研成果介绍：

傅清华老师：先后在中国科学院三区《Sustainability》、《International journal of environmental research and public health》期刊上发表《Does Corporate Social Responsibility Impact on Corporate Risk-Taking? Evidence from Emerging Economy》、《Sustainable Supply Chain and Business Performance: The Impact of Strategy, Network Design, Information Systems, and Organizational Structure》、《An Inclusive Leadership Framework to Foster Employee Creativity in the Healthcare Sector: The Role of Psychological Safety and Polychronicity》、《Enhancing Employee Creativity in the Banking Sector: A Transformational Leadership Framewo》四篇文章，2022年获437必赢会员中心高层次人才引进项目，2023年获得省委重大课题，目前两项科研课题正在进行中，累计科研积分800分。

张孝蔚老师：在财经研究（III类）发表了《税收分成下的企业集团异地发展》，同时于2022年主持437必赢会员中心高层次人才启动项目《茅台集团供应链金融研究》，累计科研积分202分。
